Cancellation Policy

At VANTAC, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please review our cancellation policy below.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed or dispatched from our warehouse.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In such cases, you may request a return after receiving the order in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request an order cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with the following information:

• Order Number

• Full Name

• Reason for Cancellation

Our team will verify the order status and inform you whether the cancellation request can be processed.

Cancellation Approval

Cancellation requests are subject to the current status of your order. If the order has already entered processing or has been handed over to the shipping carrier, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch:

• A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

• Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Cash on Delivery orders can only be cancelled before shipment. Once dispatched, COD orders cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process after delivery, if eligible.

Non-Cancellable Orders

The following orders cannot be cancelled:

• Orders that have already been shipped.

• Customized or personalized products.

• Digital products or Gift Cards once delivered.

• Final sale or clearance items.
